Meet the Owners

We got into the water filtration business after Patrick left the military in 2011. He began working in the construction field, starting in commercial plumbing, then moving into water treatment, and later crossing into testing and balancing domestic water and hydronic heating and cooling systems.

When we started looking into residential systems for our own house because of hard water and chlorine, we realized there was a greater need for water filtration in North Idaho than what was currently accessible. Vanesa, has always wanted to be involved in the North Idaho community. Her grandparents owned multiple businesses in the area, and her great-grandfather, Larry Gardner, was a two-time mayor of Coeur d’Alene as well as holding other elected seats throughout Idaho State and Kootenai County. He was also a business owner who gave back to the community every chance he had. Starting this business has been a way for her to begin building something, just as her great-grandfather Larry Gardner and grandfather Delbert Batchelder (“Batch”) did before her.

Within our company, we bring over 50 years of combined commercial and residential plumbing and water treatment experience. Within our team we deliver unmatched knowledge and expertise in the industry.
